Help me make this look good? Releasing for every one when done! - CrackIt™ - Nov 5, 2015 so i'm making a new cracker to give away on hf but i cant seem to get the design right (i suck at designing stuff) so i'm uploading the project for any one to mess around with the layout it would be a very big help and if any one wants to help me pick a nice clean theme that would also be a big help! here is what it looks like at the moment feel free to add any thing extra you want to see in the project ect... ![]() DL Link pm me a dl link when done and ill let you know what i think edit: going to bed will check back tomorrow hope some one helps me out! <3 * - +Haze - Nov 5, 2015 Rather than asking us for help with the UI, how about you post your code and we help you to make it better. * - SIM-2263652 - Nov 6, 2015 Well just by implementing a theme it would already be prettier. * - Josh - Nov 6, 2015 Grammar 😭 But add a theme * - Odus - Nov 6, 2015 Never been a fan of mono-form, they often leave a lot of whitespace. You could: -Split the proxies/combo loading into another form -Remove the update checks and do it automatically. Prompt if there's one available -Move the hit options into a context menu, duplicates should be omitted automatically on combo load -Put the major & minors of the version in the form title Just from a quick look on my phone. * - Awakened - Nov 6, 2015 Just a technical question regarding "Sites to Crack" - Are you going to provide updates for when the configs change, or have it pull updates off of a server? Configs change quite a bit and if you're taking the time to make a cracker you may want to consider making config files either manually adjustable (including the site to crack) or have it pull updates. As far as the visual aesthetics go, I have to agree that a simple theme would be nice but I think functionality is more important than a theme :) Looks great so far, keep it up! * - nathan72389 - Nov 6, 2015 you are expecting us to download it then redesign it? lol, no way. if it was mine, i would have to change the design so much that i would end up rewriting 2/3 of your code. * - CrackIt™ - Nov 6, 2015 (Nov 6, 2015 03:51 AM)Odus Wrote: Never been a fan of mono-form, they often leave a lot of whitespace. You could: thanks for the advice i will try and fallow it * - #Kat - Nov 6, 2015 Sometimes simplicity is necessary designing an app that is like to consume resources heavy (ie. .net crackers) threading... i used to only use classic 6 for "crackers" gj tho * - KnownLab - Nov 7, 2015 Will have a go tomorrow, I'll PM you screenshots ect when done. * - Activeuser - Nov 8, 2015 Where do you get the DBC usernames and passwords? |
