Animated glitch effect? [PS] - Antediluvian - Nov 7, 2015
I've been learning photoshop and have been practicing but i can't seem to find out how to do this
trying to do it with minimal effort lol
i got a still image setup as you can see in my sig
but i can't make a gif of it glitching and all
anyone know a nice tutorial? I tried youtube they're all shit :(

I used to remember how to do this. Let me open up my photoshop and expiremnt a minute and see if I can remember how to do it.

There many ways to do it, you can create layers to distort the image...blurring, random color effects, taking pieces of the image and spreading them in different frames, etc.
Are you using the motion graphics workspace on PS? Remember to "Save for Web".

Make 1static image,with animated frames that distort left and right, looks glitchy.
