about 6 month ago,i paid 350$ to Ex1Le by btc and he promise to give me an irc spot with 2000 bots for 1 month.
but he dont provide it and dont give me the service.
i ask him from 6 month ago untill now for refund me but he dont answer me and just tell me i have not the money and ... and nowdays dont answer me(i wait untill now because i dont want to make scam report for him)

Take a picture of the PM where he gives you his Skype, and take a picture of his skype username on his Skype, by viewing his Skype profile.
Besides that, doubt you will get your money back.

He doesn't appear to be a scammer, more like an idiot who promises something he thinks he can always deliver then realises he can't. Sorry OP.
Anywho, I think he will give your money back but just give him time.
