Looking for a DDoS program/service that won't hit someone offline but instead have them lag horribly in game for an extended period of time. I had a stresser like this before from here but forgot the name. Thanks.

Trying to find something like this is weird, due to the nature of you having to limit the attack to the bandwidth of your target.
