Multi accounting is against the rules. Also, you will need to be HQ and get some +rep. I did it from -48 so you can do it.

Some people like the red while others like the green.

What is the reputation system used for?
For the most part, it is just a place for users to give their opinions on a member. However, if the overall number of reputation points is negative, it does affect a member’s eligibility to apply for ub3r and their ability to post in certain sections of the site such as the Marketplace.

These are basic rules of HF. You must have an overall positive reputation to post in Marketplace areas. Also, multiple accounts are against the rules of HF. If you are found to have multiple accounts, then all of your accounts will be closed.
