By that logic, a very large portion of HF sellers should be banned, because their services involve social engineering behind-the-scenes (which is never mentioned on their thread). Also to my knowledge, the rules prohibit discussion of "call-ins" but not live chat.

Then every skype banning service would be disallowed on HF. There's at least 4 still running as I type this.
