I have two reasons in mind:
1. The women is ugly and they wont it
2. The picture you sent them is all what they need for a quick fap.

1. Try switching picture pack (Send me PM if you need help with that)
2. Don't send nudes, only a selfie with cloths/underwear
3. Say something like: "What do you think babe? <3"

Are you providing them nude preview ?
1-Send them a non-nude pic from gallery.
2-Then if they are interested then send them a live non-nude preview.
