Question for you gamers - Frappe - Nov 18, 2015

I just have a few questions for you serious gamers out there:

I've been thinking of concepts for a game now and I'm just braindead.

So I am a developer.. I'd just like to ask you, what makes you guys enjoy this games so much? I'm talking the more small scale games that have just blown up out've proportion, such as flappy birds. As a developer I know it's really my job to think of these things, but it's honestly very difficult. I'd just like some input from you guys, it can range from anything. What you think a game should have, should it be very simple and straight to the point ect. I'd just like the input from the gamers on basically their idea of a "perfect" game you could say.

If you knew these answers you will be already rich.
The game must be simple and contain one almost level infinity. He must be fast in the interface to be able to begin again the fast game without having to wait and say to itself that we would better make do something else. A music, repetitive but effective is also needed so that the music is a part of the game and is lacking to the player when that this does not play

Addictive atmospheres are a plus.

The reasoning behind an advanced economy and vibrant landscape turn me on.

For now there's usually no reason to go against it as most games put you through satisfied desires of everything that genre is looking for.

If you plan on making it pay to win or just pay to play, make it so from the beginning.

Honestly, I hate fancy games. They take too long to get used to, and most have super long tutorials. Simpler, self-explanatory games like Flappy Bird or Smashy Road are more effective and also addictive (sometimes).

I once heard a guy saying something like: "the best mobile fames are the ones that are simple enough and fast enough to play while you poop". If you think about it, all the big mobile hits are games that you can actually play while in the bathroom hahahaha

I'd like to thank all of you for your responses. All of these are great. I've noticed that the more simple games have gotten the biggest. Any other advice?
