Save about a dollar at McDonald's - Fiddℓeя™ - Nov 18, 2015
I am making this thread as I am eating inside of McDonald's. So here's what happened and how you can save money.
I had $8 and I wanted a Double Quarter Pounder large meal. The tax made it over $8 (about $8.43). I then instead asked for the Double Quarter Pounder and Large Fries with no drink.
Without the drink the total came out to be exactly $7.69 with tax.
Method: Order your meals piece by piece without a drink. Just do what I do and carry a bottle of water everywhere.

Ps. Another method to get a free sandwich is to ask for an extra topping ie. Onions and hope they forget it. If they forget it ask them to put it on and they should give you a free sandwich or some other form of compensation as they are usually slow with these kinds of things.

yeah they do get a large tea or large drink its 1$ I bought one the other day along with my free sandwich haha.

Not all places have it for a dollar. There are some McDonalds near where I live that does not even have a dollar menu.

The McDonald's I was talking about used to have s dollar menu, but they got rid of it.
