A lounge/gaming group not run by a total asshole?
I would charge buy ins for whoever would like in. The only reason an individual would be removed was for extended inactivity without notification.
Which simply means PM me if you're taking a week off.

Most groups are lounge groups anyways, except for a few exceptions, and others that say they have a purpose are mostly a lounge group except for a few threads.
I see no point, other than having "another shit group for the owner to cash in on".
