Overclock it to 12ghz, download 4gb of ram and you're good baby.
With all honesty this is a good deal cause of the windows 7. Steal that and download a pirated version on it. You have yourself a cheap backup computer and genuine windows 7 pro for another build you might make.

got for small factory or ultra small factory.
Those Dell machines are pretty good, have 3 x of them in my office.
But i prefer the small factory. Ultra small factory have memory limits (you can't upgrade)
