I wanna now how Peoble do The Spam Service?
Are They reporting the Skype Account with Some Scripts? Or are they Using some Exploits? :)

Its a public method, they make a fake conversation of the other user harassing them and report it to skype.

Sadly easy to ban someone's skype..
It involves faking their profile and then saying rude stuff to yourself. Its kinda like taking a crayon, drawing all over the wall, and then blaming your sister. Your mom believes you because you drew flowers and not dinosaurs..
