what is Cloud Server:
To put it simply, cloud servers mean virtual servers which run on cloud computing environment. That is why very often Cloud Servers are referred to as Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS). While it is true that every cloud server can be called a virtual dedicated server, the opposite is not always true.
Thats google definition to make it easy it means that you can make virtual servers from it (Noob meaning) For example you got a 10 GB ram cloud server and a 5 cpu core cloud server you can make out of it 10 vps each 1 gb and 0.5 core or another example 5 vps each 2 gb ram and 1 core.
