I can vouch for netguard at first it had a few bugs that I reported to him, but it seems he's fixed them and everything seems to work flawless.

Because it's not a free obfuscator ? You can't compare ConfuserEX and .NETGuard. Especially on constants protection. ConfuserEX can be deobfuscated within a minute thanks to free public tools. .NETGuard has never been fully deobfuscated. And I'm highly active on RE boards.
