Money Giveaway Policy - Omniscient - Dec 9, 2015
New policy for money giveaways.
10. All money giveaways must be at least $5 per member and be in crypto currency only.
This will allow members to be generous but will hopefully prevent severe abuse to gain reputations over 5 cents.
Be aware that any money giveaways must be in crypto currency and cannot be in Paypal or other payment processor (Skrill, Payza, Perfect Money).
