TOS :

Quote:1.) You will go first.
2.) All deals are final, Once sent won't be refunded.
3.) Chargebacks will result in scam report.
4.) All rates are fixed.
5.) You Will need to add note while sending payment from PayPal.
6.) Everything is watched, Your Reps, Trust Scan, IPs, Unique Countries and some personal checks.
7.) I have full right to refuse any transactions I deemed to be fraudulent.
8.) I have full right to ask you for the proof of the ownership.
9.) Rates may change daily due to the price high/low.
10.) By PMing me you are accepting the TOS. So don't do the arguments of going first and all.

Vouch for AnonLoad! He was quick to respond and deals fast. He also made sure that I sent the correct amount because I send him CAD dollar instead which is worth less in USD.
