assuming it is right, it would give you certification from these companies, however if you actually try to pass yourself off as some of these you will be found out very quickly when you are telling people "Yeah, I have a 25gig sata cable for my net"

Please use the google or relevant exam help documentations. and also search about CompTIA.

To actually get a job you need the skills thats what the exam is for why would you fake it? and then have no idea what you are doing in a job?
