Go to the upgrade page and click the UB3R button. See what it says?

As was stated above, you have to receive a certain private message stating that you're approved for Ub3r status, my friend. You just need to be patient about these things. And, even after approval, the upgrade process may take up to 48 hours to take effect to your account after purchase.
