Do you take naps? I usually don't because they're why I'm up so late right now posting this thread. They throw off my bioclock completely and I don't get tired in the night, and end up sleeping around 5 and waking up at 2. I prefer to ride out the fatigue until night time where I can sleep comfortably knowing there's a full day ahead of me when I wake up.

No I sleep in the day because I work at night but that's fucked my sleeping pattern up real bad.
