Why would it not be allowed? You got the perms to do so.
However, if you mean closing 100 threads in 1 sec using some script, then no it is not allowed.

I've seen people getting closed and stuff over things like mass-subscribing to threads so I best better ask for sure

That is true, although some of them were really stupid, like 300 threads...
You can't mass-junk or you risk getting closed (even with the 1day delay) but mass-closing should be fine, since you're doing no harm.

There is no rule against mass closing, but mass junking/deleting isn't allowed.
