Spotify Voice Controller V2! Control Spotify with your voice! Great for gaming! - Drizzy - Dec 21, 2015 V1: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4900770 Decided it was time for a bit of an update. It's not a huge one, buuuttt... *USE OF A HEADSET OR DESKTOP MICROPHONE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DEMO: Voice Commands: Next/Forward Previous/Back Play Pause Playing (Tells you the artist and song name of the currently playing song) Up/Increase (Increases volume) Down/Decrease (Decreases volume) Toggle (Enables/disables voice commands) Settings (Allows you to customize voice commands) Program itself: ![]() (Deemed next/previous buttons useless) Download: http://drizzybot.com/releases/Spotify%20Voice%20Controller.zip Virus Scan (Zip File): https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/b6aaedf34869acc295700f9edc51416899916864c8379971f2ed80b875e06552/analysis/1451422806/ Virus Scan (EXE File): https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/d2774fc00131f45db28bc8a139762b7370cd1f29d8ee0381b2d470c434d9098b/analysis/1451422968/ *Should you decompile the program, enjoy my messy code :D * - Balding - Dec 21, 2015 Nice release Drizzy. Well done friendo. * - Dashbyte - Dec 21, 2015 I don't see much feedback, but this is excellent for streamers. I wouldn't be surprised if you see some streamers using it while they're live streaming, haha. Very nice release Drizzy. * - Internet Explorer. - Dec 21, 2015 Nice and usefull release. I'll test it out sometime. Thanks! * - Nick (Name) - Dec 21, 2015 This is nice! I love it, sometimes you have to be a bit more clear but it works! It's super useful when I'm playing games and listening to music! Thank you so much for this! <3 * - Pepeillo - Dec 21, 2015 Hi all Thx a lot for sharing! Greetings!! * - Drizzy - Dec 21, 2015 Thanks for all the positive comments. If anyone has any suggestions or improvements let me know. * - Maester Seymour - Dec 21, 2015 commenting here so i can come back to it when im on my proper laptop x * - GenericSkid - Dec 21, 2015 On the comment on streamers, you should add a command that toggles input for other command so that streamers dont accidentally say voice commands. So "toggle input" will disable all other commands and to re-activate you would just say ot again. * - Chief Mark - Dec 21, 2015 Looks freaking sick man, currently waiting for my new PC so posting here to remind myself. Can you set the commands to different words. Like when you say Omni it forwards. Would be a sick option (and not to hard) altough im not a programmer that doesn't seem hard to do to me. How did you get the normal words like next to do it. Maybe in the future add some other word options or stuff. Looks sick though op. * - Dashbyte - Dec 22, 2015 (Dec 21, 2015 03:47 PM)Lord Pankake Wrote: On the comment on streamers, you should add a command that toggles input for other command so that streamers dont accidentally say voice commands. That's actually very smart, so like a command to enable and/or disable the voice commands. I'd definitely like to see this added in upcoming updated, etc. Good idea man. * - Drizzy - Dec 24, 2015 (Dec 21, 2015 03:47 PM)Lord Pankake Wrote: On the comment on streamers, you should add a command that toggles input for other command so that streamers dont accidentally say voice commands. If you find yourself accidentally using Windows commands, make sure you CLOSE (not just minimize) the Windows Speech Recognition program. (Right click it, click "Exit"). EDIT: Do you mean enabling/disabling the commands such as "Next"? Or the default Windows Speech Recognition commands? * - Programming Enthousiast - Dec 24, 2015 Does this rely on the built in Windows speech recognition? That would be a bad idea since that can differ if people used it in other programs which train it or if they trained it differently. If this is the case I would suggest using a third party speech recognition library that doesn't rely on the built in Windows speech recognition. Doubt this is the case for gamers, your target audience, though. So great job on this application man, this is a funny and useful project. Rarely see those lately. Just wondering, what 'accuracy' do you get with it right of the bat without messing with the built in Windows speech recognition when you download and run it for the first time? Just wondering, what 'accuracy' do you get with it right of the bat without messing with the built in Windows speech recognition when you download and run it for the first time?It uses the same engine as Windows Speech Recognition, but not Windows Speech Recognition so you can close the Windows Speech Recognition entirely and this would still work. Also, I've never trained my voice with WSR and it works perfect for me soooo. * - minimalist - Dec 24, 2015 Shit this is the best thing I've ever used. Thanks for the tool, going to be using it from now on when playing games. |
