with the new mobile authenticator and if you dont have it you wait have to wait 3 days for the trade to go through?

Yeah without the mobile auth, the trade is in hold for 3 days before it is completed. And if you enable the mobile auth, you'll have to wait for 7 days before the 3-day limit is removed from your account.
