A user is offering me a vouch copy in return that I vouch highly for it and pretend like i bought it... im assuming this isnt allowed?

It is frowned upon, but I don't think staff take action on this unless in rare circumstances.

Vouch copy's are allowed, but it's more like a review copy. Confirm with him that if you accept the vouch copy you will give a 100% honest review, if he's not okay with this than I wouldn't even accept it.

Put yourself in the customers shoes, would you want a fake vouch on a product that you're interested in? No.

Vouch copies are allowed, but by no means are you required to leave a positive review, nor should you be acting like you bought it.
A vouch copy should be strictly for you to give your honest feedback on the user's product or service.
