But the thing is. When you combine a referral link, with a giveaway, and the giveaway is over 80% of what I make with the referral link, is it still against the rules? When its 80% giveaway, and 20% own profit? I don't feel that way.

The only thing here is that it is against the rules and you shouldn't be cross posting in multiple sections when you know that it isn't allowed here.
