Hey guys.
I am looking to install some new audio related things in my 2005 Acura TL (Non Navi)
I have a budget (give or take): $1K
I am looking to buy a sub, or two.
I also would like to purchase an amp that has enough power to power the sub(s).
For my car, the HU is very difficult to replace with an aftermarket head unit.
If you are knowledgeable with the Acura TL head unit then please HMU!
What do you bassheads recommend for a nice trunk build?
Also should it be a DIY project or take it to a shop? I am skeptic that the shops will overcharge me a ton, which they probably will.

Then for head unit just look for something that you would like, Sony, pioneer and kenwood all make good head units. I'd recommend doing it yourself because shops charge a ton to install.
This will hit really hard because the amp at max power is 4000w at 1 ohm and the subs inside the enclosure are wired from 4 ohm to 1 ohm.

Do it yourself, if you need help with connecting your fuse to the battery or anything, let me know. Or go on youtube. Because if you fuck that part up you can fuck shit up.
