Hello guys,
6 Januari I bought a upgrade to L33T and still didn't recieve it. I can't send PM's and I paid through Paypal.

If you just recently contacted, wait a few hours. Give it 24-48 hours.

When you do receive a response, make sure you've got the transaction ID and payment receipt ready to ensure that you're not just wasting time.

Omni doesn't always respond to messages instantly, he is a busy person and can't deal with everyone's messages instantly.
Payment is often handled instantly, but in some cases it can take up to 48 hours. If 48 hours elapse, the best thing to do is contact Omni with the transaction ID and details of payment.
