What would be the best way to get a users IP/EMAIL if you are not a moderator or admin? 👍

SQL injection, but PHP-BB is a pretty well-maintained project.
You could always ask the admin nicely.

Hypothetically speaking.
You can get IP adress with ip logger... Just set your avatar with url and send message to this user. When He see your message(avatar) you will get him ip adress.
After this step if you have many databаses, may be you can find more information like email,name,password only with ip adress or you can use sites which offers 'skid lookup' xD like a skid base.
