So I asked a similar question but I've changed what I need a bit. So I want to cheat on a test in school and I would have a friend receive pictures of the test at his house and then tell me the answers through a tiny earpiece. How would I be able to get the pictures to him in real time? I would need a discreet camera that doesn't require being connected to any specific wifi (I could use my phone data if that's needed). Is there anything that exists like that? Thanks for any help! :)

https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11745 This + an Arduino would work nicely, you could use an Adafruit FONA (2g networking card) and a sim card to upload the stream to a web server, where your friend could see the stream.

This is probably the best solution I've seen thus far. Take a few pictures and you're done. Just enable camera upload on your phone.
