If I were to make an app for a project of mine, which would need a database hosted somewhere, that would have to be accessed by multiple users (as they need an account to use my app), would that be something your hosting could provide for me? In the scale of at least 100+ users accessing it, let's say

Do you need multple sql users for this? If yes, we can provide you as many as you need.
If you're just talking about the accesses per minute for example, there is no limitation.

No what he means is remote SQL i.e each user will use the app but the app will be connected to a SQL database obviously so depending on your setup your may have remoteSQL blocked like most hosts do.
