I did a little bit (much) research on Google,
but I couldn't find something helpful.

If you want to record gameplay on PS3 I advise you to get an Elgato. Because you will need to put a device between your PS3 and TV.

I doubt you'll find one for free. You can get cheap ones but it won't do you much justice quality-wise.
