PayPal has no other choice to ignore the steps in this ebook providing they're executed correctly, however under some very rare cases I can see problems arising and other clever tactics may need to come into play.
Overall: 8/10
I would suggest getting this ebook if you've ever ran into issues with PayPal, the methods enclosed are well written and easy to execute. As the original post says this doesn't include any black hat or rats. Definitely worth $9.99 if you've got an open dispute!
