Just finished Episode 3... What the fuck, this is the first time ever I'm legitimately scared when watching an Anime. Like, I hate horror movies and stuff, I even hate movies in the style of Final Destination since the deaths are horrible and totally uncalled for. I never thought I would be this scared when watching an Anime, but I can't stop watching it. It's a fucking animation, yet I'm still batshit scared. Is there any other Anime like that, or even worse?

Creepy is the same as scary for me. I really can't handle creepy stuff, nor can I handle extreme violence.
Shiki... It's on my Plan To Watch list and I was about to watch it when another Anime caught my attention beforehand. Is it also creepy/scary?

Pretty good anime. What gives it that creepy feel, in my opinion, is that amazing soundtrack. When it played during that elevator scene in the first episode :o

I'll keep Shiki in mind then.
And yes, the soundtrack is quite creepy. It's very loud and it makes you shake. I'm also watching it on my 50" TV so it's really like a scary movie for me.

Watch the OVA if you enjoyed the series , it's actually a prequel however came out after the show i believe it's a nice episode and explains things more. Nice little add-on.

I also recommend watching shiki if you enjoy Another. Very similar feel and again, a great soundtrack :)

Sure it's creepy but there's nothing about it that's scary.

Shiki is good, but not scary. I have yet to find an anime that is actually scary.
Horror doesn't necessarily mean scary.
