Bought a nightclub - Who Soup - Jan 19, 2016
One of my old business partners knew the owner of a night club here in Hawaii called "Zanzabar". Long story short it closed down and he offered it to me to purchase for a deal I couldn't refuse.
I'm going to re model it to have a very modern look; high class. My goal is to attract high end clients as there are no high end night clubs in Hawaii. I'm hoping to launch by august as I'm going to have to re model, hire staff, etc.
Someone I used to work with was the manager of all of the Playboy night clubs in the 80s and early 2000s so I'm probably going to hire him to invintory, hire staff, etc.
Huge project but it's something I've been wanting to do for a while now; might post pics when it's remodeled. 🤝
