Quick question,
Besides having all the cops in my town hate me, can I get in trouble for making a twitter account that has no relation to the police but is meant to mock them/make fun of them?

Hahahahaha no. I live in the safest community in my state, and all the cops have to do is bust highschool parties and try to charge highschoolers for stealing pencils in school. It's to make fun of them.

You can and should do it, but just use a separate email and fake name. ISIS HAS A FUCKING TWITTER, and they won't take that down. All social media companies have been increasing encryption and the government is getting pissed because they won't release information.
TLDR: You'll be fine/don't be a bitch

Who told you that? It is clear and available knowledge that social media companies work with governments and use social media as a way to spy on people.
Look up PRISM once in a while. Might scare you have to death who privacy invading they can be, legally, with or without your consent.

Yeah because the statistics of people getting raped after dropping soup is really high in prison lol
I would advise against making an account mocking them if they have a hard on for you already, but if you wanted to and you didn't post personal info etc. you'd be fine.
