i have used fiverr before and made over $2.5k with it.. and trust me this gig wont make you money and if it did it will make you couple of 5s only..
i suggest you if you know how to rank .. to offer a ranking service for youtube by optimizing videos and adding some social signals and backlinks and some views to it.
