It's a nice image, but it's not something I'd use as background on my pc.

Don't really like the font.
Too much colors going on, doesn't fit well.
Logo looks good though.

I personally don't like the color scheme, you tried to incorporate colors that clash and don't shine through in my opinion.

Purple and green - Yes
Green and yellow - Yes
Green, purple and yellow - No.

The 'S' and 'E' are almost the same color as the eclipse :) I Would make the text a different shade! Nice work though.
