Mentors and Moderators Permission Changes - Omniscient - Jan 24, 2016
Both Mentors and sectional Moderators can no longer move threads around. They can only stick/unstick or open/close threads as well as JUNK them.
So don't PM Mentors or Moderators to move your threads. They can't.

This is a pretty big blow to the moderation capabilities. Now all threads in the wrong section will be junked instead of moved.
Then again, most mods did that anyway cause they were too lazy.
