As I write this, I am going into my evaluation for a mental hospital, for my substance abuse and depression, blah blah I'll most likely be gone for 7-10 days, I'm going to have my girlfriend announce the winners of the contest, and it may be delayed a little but yeah, wish me luck!🤝

I used to do yoga a lot and developed lower back issues, more of a workout for me than a meditation kinda thing
