I'm looking for like minded individuals who think themselves as creative, out of the box and entrepreneurial type who also possess the traits of critical thinking and problem solving.
What I want to do is, with this bunch of individuals would love to discuss hardcore business, marketing, media, and anything that influences people's business.
Background:
Read this thread [Coming Soon] Custom Marketing Services for Brands this initial idea, but to be honest the person I am, I love to discuss my ideas with people who are like minded, so OTB could be a good platform to discuss things with people and learn new things.Recruitment:
Yes, going to have and it will be done in a different way. I'll tell you what I'll be looking at in a person's application while judging it, so you know what I'm expecting.
The recruitment process will be different as the application will be divided into2 parts
- Generic Questions
The generic part will be posted on the thread by applicants and the specific one will be PM'd to me, so there are no chances of people copying each other.
In the general questionnaire: I'll be looking at your personality, experience and what you can add to the team.

I am Krew and I am one of the last members on this forum that is still legitimate (as in doing buying/selling) and I always leave my honest opinion. That being said, it does not matter to me whether you are a regular member or a staff member, your rank will not have an influence on my opinion.

I have been an entrepreneur ever since I started high school by selling & buying items online (and offline) and I wish to continue this after completing uni.
What skills do you posses?:
I am a legitimate and caring person.
Now one may think "aah, I am a legitimate & caring person as well", but that is often not the case, unless they "need" to care for another person. This is often associated with a person going to the hospital and then suddenly receiving a lot of "support" from "friends" while in reality those people are just looking to gain status and reputation from "caring" for that person in the hospital.
What skills do you wanna gain from this group?:
I would like to expand my current network by communicating with members that think different.

As the thread OP says OTB is run by people that are creative and open-minded. Therefore it is not very hard to guess what OTB stands for and is going to do.
Solving problems, that's what true entrepreneurship is all about.

I'm not trying to run an unofficial group here, I'd probably get few individuals who are passionate about business and talk and take perspective on things. I'm not sure if there are any marketing groups on HF as of now, I'm not trying to compete or so. This is just a personal interest group for people who like to think Out of the Box.

I grow up with a business environment and my family are all doing their own business in the region of China.
Educational Background :
I born in Hongkong, moved to the United Kingdom for education purposes since when I was 12 years old. I will be graduate from University this year.
Career choice of future(What are the options you want to make a career in?):
Since I am lucky enough, once I graduate from university I will be have an opportunity to become a distributor for a big brand in china for a whole region.
Otherwise I will start my own local shop on hardware/software.
What skills do you posses?:
- How to do business in a correct way.
- How to expand the business that I am doing.
- Good communicate skills for customer support.
- Maximums the sales as much as I can
Other than that, I have knowledge on hacking, website and java.

The main purpose for OTB is not just providing marketing services
for individuals, but to learn and expand our knowledge for each ones of us.
Communication is a huge tool to learn, we can share information, our thought.
This is the best way for each of us to improve.
Overall, I believe OTB will be providing services and an environment for minded individuals to learn and share their thought.

I believe Discord is the best option for this kind of communication,
compare to TS or Skype. If you planning to get a official group in the future
of course this will be the best way for members/individuals to communicate with.
