Someone know a good rat that controled by android phone? Or even web server?

Current writing one but the RAT features are limited to recovering passwords, stealing sensitive information, accessing certain parts of the phone, and transferring files. There are other tools specifically for RAT over androids but not sure if any are free.
EDIT: Oops meant you wanted to control. There is but the convenience is low.

Just get the RDP app for you phone (iPhone and android available) then RDP into your machine you use for ratting.
I opened the RDP ports on my firewall and am able to connect to my PC from my phone. works perfectly, even on poor connection

Use a RDP for your phone and connect to your PC :) (teamviewer is a decent option)
