You have to be more specific, for all we know you could've not even spread it. Does your DNS work? Are you using a VPN? Did you even spread the server? Is it Crypted (AV Might be picking it up if it's not)?
Also I don't suggest you use Njrat because it and DarkComet are very outdated, if you want a free RAT try Babylon RAT.

Babylon rat doesn't work right for me... The dns interface is very confusing and sometimes doesn't even show up once you run it.
