What are some ways to spread Adware so that it gets installed on thousands of computers legally? The only way I can think of is getting it bundled with a program like CCleaner, but I don't have the money or contacts to do that

Just buy some domain like "pcfixerpro.com" and put a page with a download, make the program show some long ass TOS that states all the other programs that will be bundled with it.

@OP the bundled method pretty much is the only legal way.
But, it costs major coin.

If OP wrote their own aplication, no problem.

I think that's what he means, just make a random software and call it pc cleaner or something then bundle your adware with it.
