Read up to at least 0x06 of this thread: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4976270
Learn a little bit about how websites work and different languages such as HTML, CSS, but mainly focus on PHP, JS, and SQL.
This thread should help: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=2008347

Remember to avoid using tools when you're learning. If you want to be half decent you'll have to understand how things work. Anyone who blindly uses a tool isn't skilled, nor would I consider them a real hacker. Good luck.

I came to write a similar post to this. Vouch for this. It works and it'll make you a real hacker, rather than someone who relies on a tool that they have no idea the background information on, meaning what exactly it does.

Best of luck learning.
