BattleTop100.com - Custom Coded Topsite - Functionally - Pewz8 - Feb 12, 2016 BattleTop100.com is a Private Server Gaming Top 100 list with several of features to the server admins as well as the players who are searching for a server. BattleTop100 offers: - Fast registration - A clean and easy navigation through the website - More traffic / player interest - Organized toplist that removes all the broken links on a daily basis. - 24/7 Online - Easy voting for your players. (No long and annoying captchas / captcha games for your players) It's as simple as it could be - "click the button" and done. Website: http://www.battletop100.com/ - The concern I have right now is if the design is good as it is now (tried to make it simple, clean, professional but yet attractive) or it should get reworked. (Can be colors, menu bar / what so ever) * - Pornstache - Feb 14, 2016 As soon as I opened your site, it reminded me of these placeholder / ad sites when a domain is not in use. I think you should add some more colors to your site, just to get attention. Images for the entries might be a good idea. idk, it just looks very monotonous. * - Pewz8 - Feb 14, 2016 (Feb 14, 2016 06:36 AM)Pornstache Wrote: As soon as I opened your site, it reminded me of these placeholder / ad sites when a domain is not in use. Thanks for your feedback, I highly appreciate. Well yeah, I also wondered for a while if I should try to pimp it up with some more attractive colors of some kind. I might mess around with it, but I kinda need some ideas to get started. :) * - Pewz8 - Jun 2, 2016 Bringing this back up, as it's still relevant. I've made a lot of changes and all are automated with a colored default banner, and changed some bar colors and green parts to make it, well more colorful and perhaps more attractive to look at. What do you think tho? * - SteezyHB - Jun 2, 2016 Currently the green border is pretty ugly, what you perhaps want to do is give each item a (tiny, say 20-ish px) margin-bottom, and try to keep the same "edge-style"; You have rounded corners on your menu, but the green border has square corners -> give your green border round corners as well. |
