Apache Problem Centos 7 - Wopy - Mar 1, 2016

Whenever i try and start apache i get this error

initial install of apache and iam trying to get it to work asap but ugh

Is the folder there?

i got it to work thank you ^ i was trying to install it like it was centos 6 but i forgot i had centos 7
