Balloon Crypter is a free Crypter for Balloon Executables, please note that this won't work for PE that are not balloon.
Coded in C++, bug reports are welcome.

From Balloon Crypter v0.3 you now need to find stubfile yourself while I update only the crypter.
You can still make old stubs FUD by changing icon and file info using PEC https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5192689
