I know how to make a RAT sever etc, But i have no idea how to send it to the victim, Can you bind it to a another file type and CRYPT it so the file can be sent via facebook message? Because EXE's cant be sent via facebook or email, Perhaps i should just look around for some one to make a weblink url that once clicked on self installs RAT.

You can upload the CRYPTED file to a website (prefer that you zip it first) and make a direct download link, send that link through facebook.
Do make sure the website does not distribute to AV companies.

If you've got a modem, most likely you'll need to go the website of your internet provider and log in to your account. There you should have some way of port forwarding, if this is not the case you should be able to login to your modem somehow and port forward from there. 🤝
