I previously wanted to sell my online business; but then got a little motivated thinking that I'd make more time and put more effort into the business.

Potentially, there is no limit to how much profit you can make from this business. Each product has a profit margin of at-least = $30USD minimum up to $120USD; keep in mind, this is per product sold.
This business will require time and effort. Regular advertisement, i.e. shoutouts, Facebook ads, instagram ads, etc. When buying the business, I will provide every resource I have. Everything from my main suppliers to how to continue to run the business and maintain profit.

The title says, "make $3000 a month" Is that an actual figure or a made up one if you get really lucky and sell a load somehow? How much is the site making per month?
If you are selling for $500 I imagine the $3000 a month is potential sales cos you would be an idiot to sell it with that profit wouldn't you?

I take it you've had sales for this? Else it wouldn't be worth anywhere near $500, as it's not hard to find cheap sellers for this stuff if you know where to look, and you've given the business concept away.

With the right amount of time I was able to make $2300 in a month. Not everybody knows where to find the products and manufacturers. Lots of people with luxury watches love my product.

Exactly .. you can get that traffic in 10 minutes with $10 worth of popunders.
Sorry to say but if it has made even $1000 per month you could sell it for $3000 - $6000 in my opinion.
