So I understand why leets can't neg rep anymore, and I'm assuming a big part of it is because there would be more unnecessary rep abuse.
Well what if there was an application process for leets who can't afford uber (similar to being accepted as uber) and this would allow them to give -1 rep per day. Also they could get an add on to their user bar signifying they're an upgraded leet. Maybe darker green color or something.

never said you had to be denied from uber. It's mostly for people who can't afford uber at the moment and plus for those who would just like to stay as an "original leet" per-say..

Well then I would assume there was a reason you were denied.
I don't see why you would be denied for Ub3r but approved for some other rank. Doesn't make sense to me.

Things are as they should be.
Leet is just paid for.. You can express your opinion with a neutral. That's what you pay for.
And tbh if you are denied Ub3r there's a reason.
