[Userbar] Titans Official \\ $100 - Hydra - Mar 14, 2016

The time has finally come! Titans is in the market for a brand new userbar. If you think you've got what it takes to craft such a delicate piece of art, your submission is welcomed below. If not, don't waste our time and yours. The creator of the selected userbar will be compensated by yours truly and may even receive a spot in the group (don't get your hopes up). Good luck and happy graphics making.

Specifications:

136x42
10k max image size
I must approve the image
No standard background image is required
No animations
Prefer PNG but jpg or gif are acceptable

Note: Payment will be discussed further once we've seen a sample of the userbar that has been selected. If you think you're up for the challenge, I welcome you to the jungle (be careful.. angel bites).

If I recall correctly, Titans has hosted a contested for a new userbar twice and both times it was never changed.
